LED spherical screen structure display

 

The working principle of LED spherical screen is similar to that of conventional LED display screen, and the display is mainly realized through the following steps:

LED module: LED ball screen is composed of many small LED modules, each module contains many LED beads. These LED beads can emit light, and their brightness and color can be controlled by current.

Data transmission: With the help of a control system, the image or video data to be displayed is transmitted to the controller of the LED dome. The controller is responsible for receiving and decoding the transmitted data and converting them into signals suitable for display by the LED modules.

Bead control: The controller sends the converted signals to the LED beads in each LED module. By controlling the size and frequency of the current, the LED beads emit light with different brightness and color.

Display effect: When the LED beads emit light, it will form an image on the surface of the spherical screen. Since each LED module can be controlled independently, colorful images and animation effects can be presented by controlling different LED beads.
